Website Redevelopment
Established in 1957, the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) is the Kingdom’s first locally owned bank. A proudly Bahrain brand, they continue to develop their capabilities every day, across the years, using their expertise to better serve those who put their trust in them. With the largest network of 27 branches and over 100 ATMs in Bahrain, NBB is paving the way for innovation and convenience for local and regional customers.
For a leading Bahraini bank with an international presence, NBB’s existing website was extremely ineffective. Built using CSS tables, it was visually unappealing, unresponsive and difficult to update for the client’s in-house IT team. To address these issues, we completely reorganised the structure of the website, rebuilt it form scratch utilising the latest best practice technologies and held training workshops with the IT and management teams for them to be able perform regular updates in the future.
Note: since this project was completed, NBB underwent a rebranding exercise which resulted in the website being updated again to its current online version.
