Located on the most dramatic stretches of Dilmunia, this is canalside living at its finest. In the heart of Dilmunia, the residences at CanalView are set in beautifully landscaped gardens, next to a sweeping canal promenade. Residents can also enjoy the benefits of an exclusive private club, incorporating a range of sporting and entertainment facilities. Dilmunia canal living does not get more sophisticated than this.

 

The problem for the developer, was to promote Canal Views to potential investors when none of the construction had yet commenced. With the developments unique architecture, built from the finest quality materials, its beautifully landscaped gardens, exclusive food experiences and an iconic centerpiece in a waterfall footpath, Canal Views truly engages the fives senses of sight, touch, smell, taste and sound. Building on this concept, we proposed creating a virtual reality version of the development that would allow the potential investors to experience all the offerings of the development in a total immersive environment. We proposed building a unique viewing room that would house samples of the plants to be used in the development, along with samples of the unique cuisine on offer, examples of the different materials to be installed as well as a mock waterfall to recreate the sounds that would permeate the actual development.
